Aerial Mapping & Surveying Services

RPAs (aka drones/UAVs) are capable of capturing and converting thousands of aerial images into geo-referenced 2D mosaics, 3D surface models & point clouds, down to an accuracy of just centimetres. Our rapid deployment and processing service ensures that you have the information needed to run your business, without the delays associated with traditional methods.

How it works

Our RPAs are purpose-built to survey small to large areas and provide geo-referenced, high resolution imagery from low altitude, not available to conventional aircraft. Using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, our platforms can be programmed to follow GPS-guided flight paths to automatically capture the required imagery, or manually flown by our qualified pilots if required. The data from each flight is recorded, allowing us to also repeat the flight at later intervals to monitor site changes or create time-lapse photography.

Our Capabilities

  • Geo-referenced orthomosaics
  • Photogrammetry (measurement)
  • Point cloud generation (3D modelling)
  • Digital surface modelling (DSM)
  • Digital terrain modelling (DTM)
  • Construction progress photography
  • Volumetric and stockpile analysis
  • Environmental impact assessments
  • Watershed analysis
  • Counting and spotting
  • Multispectral imagery and vegetation indices
  • Thermographic surveys
  • 3D Fly-through

Point Cloud / 3D Modelling

We can produce incredibly dense point clouds and 3D models, allowing you to digitise and model almost any surface. Our advanced systems and software can extract millions of 3D points across complex terrain. Data can be supplied to all standard formats, including most CAD systems.

Why Choose Us?

Fully Licenced and Insured
We carry the appropriate workers’ compensation and aviation public liability insurance permitting us to operate on any site within Australia’s airspace. We also hold a current UAV Operators Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), in addition to current exemptions permitting us to operate at night (thus 24/7) and within 3NM of registered (non-controlled) aerodromes and helipads.
Superior Service and Quality
Our commitment to service is our number one priority – We work closely with you and your team(s) to ensure we understand your requirements, only then deploying class leading technology to deliver you the best results. You’ll have direct contact with Aeroeye’s Director in case there are ever any issues or concerns.
24/7 Ops and Rapid Response
Aeroeye can operate its fleet of aircraft 24 hours a day / 365 days a year (weather pending) and depending on the size of your project, we typically turn around data within 24 hours. We also offer a rapid response service for contract clients who require SLA response times for time sensitive operations.
